Before considering mediation, it's important to consider whether you are emotionally ready to give up the fight and seek a solution that will allow you to move forward.

 

Have you considered various scenarios that would allow you and your adversary to  walk away feeling good about a mutually beneficial solution?

 

Take some time to Imagine...

Find a quiet space and take some time to consider what a fair and just outcome means to you.  What does it look like? What does it feel like? ​ Once you allow yourself to change the nature of the experience -- all kinds of solutions become possible.
